This book thoroughly discusses the universal principles for successful trading and fully reveals my medium term trend trading methodology. A methodology I trade global indices with every day. I call my methodology BBTT - Back to Basics Trend Trading. BBTT is very simple, very structured and very robust. In addition I trade it on a discretionary basis as I show in my daily Back To Basics Newsletter. However, because it is very simple and very structured it could be traded mechanically if traders choose to. I don't. I prefer to pick and choose my BBTT set-ups as I discuss each day in the newsletter. However because it is very structured it can be back tested to show its hypothetical performance. Below are the performance metrics of BBTT trading 1 futures contract per signal on the index markets I trade. As you can see BBTT's hypothetical performance is outstanding on the index futures.
BBTT also works on the currencies, as shown trading the five main currency futures - the Euro Currency, British Pounds, Japanese Yen, Swiss Francs and Australian Dollar (although The Key Level Trading System is superior for currency trading).
