Please note these two books are (excuse the pun) basically the same. The only difference are the two 100% objective medium-term trend trading methodologies disclosed. The red cover book fully discloses The BBTT Trading System which is ideally suited for trading index futures and index CFDs. The blue cover book fully discloses The Key Level Trading System which is ideally suited for trading currency futures, spot FX, Forex and currency CFDs. I like this book and would recommend to any aspiring trader.

It is written in a clear and lucid style containing excellent material. I found that almost every section of the book has a theme that is well explained and well developed. The section on money management is an excellent and comprehensive review of the current theories – this alone would be worth the price book. Brent also has disclosed his personal trading method, BBTT. I have not tested it but the approach has all the elements of a successful and robust plan with an edge.

The one section that was not as good as the rest of the book was the one on Psychology. Leaving aside the question on whether or not it is the least important, I felt this section lacked the cohesion and lucidity of the rest of the book. Indeed, in many parts Brent appeared to meander.

Having said that, I believe this book deserves its place spot on your bookshelf; it will certainly occupy a spot on my shelf.
